Mode A

Standard mode – Takes about 36 minutes and 30 seconds. The program can be used as preparation for a session with another desired program that will take place directly afterwards. It is also often used for relaxation or general prevention. The program includes massage on the entire back

Mode 1

Special mode – Takes about 75 minutes. Use this program when you feel the need to relax extensively. This special mode lasts longer than the other automatic programs. You decide which of the nine intensity levels should be used for back extension. This program is characterized by intensive ascent and descent along the spine.

Mode 2

Relax mode – Takes about 18 minutes and is designed for relaxation for those days when you have less time. Whether in the evening to relax or during the day for in between to recharge your batteries – with the short program you make a very good choice. Massage the pleasantly warm massage rollers by gliding along the entire back five times. The massage table devotes its attention to your thoracic spine by moving it up and down fifteen times. The neck area and lower back are also treated by the warming massage. Both areas receive six attentions. The massage rollers slide down your back from the beginning of the mode to its end, without stopping at acupressure points.

Mode 3

Stability mode – Takes about 36 minutes and 30 seconds. We recommend using this mode after stressful days. In the first phase, the massage rollers glide along your spine four times, exerting gentle pressure. The deep heat and the massage movement allow many users to calm down quickly and quite a few fall asleep in the process. Pressure is then applied to four acupressure points in the middle of the back and one point in the lower back.

Mode 4

Circulation mode – Takes about 36 minutes and 30 seconds. Use this program if you want to improve blood flow to your tissues. To maintain your good blood circulation, program 4 is also suitable. The massage rollers are set by you to the intensity level you need. The focus of acupressure is on the thoracic spine: two pressure points in the upper, two points in the middle and two points in the lower area of the thoracic spine.

Mode 5

Basic health mode – Takes about 36 minutes and 30 seconds. Maintaining the health of the whole body is the focus of the mode. Nine acupressure points receive special attention during the application. Eight points are in the area of the brood spine. One point is in the lumbar vertebrae.

Mode 6

Energy mode – Takes about 36 minutes and 30 seconds. Use this mode to maintain, increase and regain mental energy and physical strength. It is especially popular with men because of its effect. Recommended before work, university or school. Of course, also for regeneration during your breaks. During the massage, you will receive acupressure on four points on the thoracic spine, on three points on the lumbar spine and on one point on the sacrum. Acupressure lasts 60 seconds per point. The massage rollers run nine times over the entire back. Seven shorter massage periods take place in the areas of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine, as well as the sacrum.

Mode 7

Study mode – Takes about 36 minutes and 30. Use this mode when you’re facing challenges that require all your concentration. The more regularly it is used, the more lasting the therapeutic effect. Whether you are a professional, a student or a pupil, mental alertness is beneficial to everyone. During the massage, you will receive acupressure on 2 points in the cervical vertebrae area, on four points in the thoracic vertebrae area, on two points in the lumbar vertebrae and one point on the sacrum.

Mode 8

Deep sleep – Takes about 36 minutes and 30 seconds. Deep heat through infrared heat in combination with the improvement of blood circulation, muscle relaxation and the pressure on the specially selected acupressure areas, affect the depth of your sleep. One acupressure point in the cervical vertebrae area, four in the thoracic vertebrae area and two points in the lumbar vertebrae area are in particular focus during the application.

Mode 9

Bodyline mode – Takes about 36 minutes and 30 seconds. It is often used by people who care about their line and are looking for support through alternative medicine therapies. To support this, acupressure takes place at the appropriate points: Six points are in the thoracic spine, three in the lumbar region and one point in the sacrum area. Acupressure lasts 60 seconds per point. The targeted, rising and falling warm rollers give you a Bodyline thermal massage with a therapeutic wellness effect. The daily applications are worth the time. In addition, you will receive a massage, which also has a positive effect on your mental well-being.

Intensive mode

Intensive mode – Takes about 90 minutes. This mode is a special feature: As long as the inner projector is not manually adjusted, an automatic program runs. If you wish to have a specific area of your back massaged, you have the opportunity to do so with the up and down button. In both cases, you will receive an intensive massage, which can be adjusted by the intensity levels of the stretching. Acupressure does not take place. The mode is characterized by the intense movement of the internal massage rollers. The duration is also special. This mode lasts the longest of all modes.

Manual mode

Manual mode – Takes about 60 minutes. We recommend using it if you only want to treat certain areas of the back. Once you have selected the intensity level that regulates the extension of the back, position the massage rollers using the remote control. Once these have reached the selected temperature, the program begins. The constant pressure and heat loosen the muscles and promote blood circulation. There is no automatic lifting and lowering. After five minutes, the rollers will continue to move without your intervention. A longer period of time is not recommended.

Manual Master Mode

Manual master mode – Takes about 60 minutes. We recommend using it if you only want to treat certain areas of the back. Using the remote control, set the number of the vertebra at the level of which the massage is to take place. For this purpose, you can choose the C1~7 vertebrae in the neck area (cervical spine). In the back area (thoracic spine) you have the option of specifying the vertebrae T1~12. For the waist area (lumbar vertebrae), the L1~5 vertebrae can be selected. There is no automatic lifting and lowering. After five minutes, the rollers will continue to move without your intervention. A longer period of time is not recommended.

Semi-automatic mode

Semi-automatic mode – Takes about 60 minutes. Use the program to provide targeted and intensive therapy to the problem areas of your back. Use the remote control to select the correct position of the massage rollers and adjust the intensity of the back extension to suit you. The rollers move up and down three times at this point, followed by acupressure, by raising and lowering the massage rollers. Thermal acupressure lasts 60 seconds per point. Tip: use the automatic program or the basic program beforehand to prepare your whole back. Afterwards, your problem area will receive the desired attention. In this way, you can skillfully combine prevention with your efforts to get your pain under control.
